Costs and fees
Do I have to pay for your service?
Your consultation, school matching and application guidance are free: our partner schools pay us when a student enrols. If you want extra hands-on help with your visa file and travel preparation, our optional Visa & Pre-Departure Support Package costs US$750, paid half at the start and half after your visa decision. We’ll always tell you in writing before you commit.
Who pays tuition and visa fees?
Tuition, school application fees, visa fees and living costs are paid directly to the school or the government, following their official instructions. Never pay tuition into a personal account.
How much does it cost to study abroad?
It depends on the school, program and city. In your consultation we give you a written estimate of tuition and living costs for each option, so you can compare before you commit.
Admissions and visas
Can you guarantee I’ll be admitted or get a visa?
No. Schools decide admissions and governments decide visas. We help you submit the strongest application possible and explain what each step requires.
How long does the process take?
It depends on the school, program and country, but start several months before your intended start date. We’ll give you a realistic timeline in your consultation.
Can I work while I study?
Rules differ by country. We’ll explain the current rules for your destination, and you should confirm them with the official government source.

Which countries do you recruit from?
We work with students from Cameroon, Nigeria, and nearby African countries, helping them study in New Zealand and Luxembourg.
Will I work with the same person throughout?
Yes. You are matched with one named advisor who knows your file and answers your questions from your first consultation until after you arrive.
For students in Cameroon
Can I do everything from Cameroon?
Yes. Consultations, school applications and document reviews happen by video call, WhatsApp and email. We will tell you where and how to submit your visa or permit application and point you to the official source.
Are GCE and Baccalauréat results accepted?
Many schools accept Cameroonian qualifications, but each school sets its own entry requirements. We check your results against each program and tell you if translations or extra evidence are needed.
Can I pay your fee in FCFA?
Yes. Our optional package is priced in US dollars and can be paid in local currency at the day’s exchange rate. Everything is confirmed in writing first.
I studied in English. Do I still need IELTS?
It depends on the school. Some accept other evidence of English, others require a test such as IELTS. We will check each school’s policy for you.
